As a result of the October 2008 post-season meeting it was voted that the SCIFL will no longer have separate divisions and all team will play against each other.  In addition, the Alliance fund will be awarded to all teams that participate in a NAFA AA-Major, AA, A-Major or A if they met the criteria of participating in seven of the nine league weekends for the 2009 season.  As a result, the standings will no longer be kept for the league.  In their place will be the list of teams with the amount of tournaments they have participated in.
